Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive an email once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50.

Standard Shipping: $5 flat rate on orders under $50. Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days from the date of shipment.

Priority Shipping: Free on all orders over $100. $15 flat rate on orders under $100. Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days from the date of shipment.

 

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods such as holidays.

 

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States and internationally.

 

International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping service you choose. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Please note that shipments sent via DHL may take an additional 1-2 weeks due to third-party handling.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

DeadStock Products is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
