Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Freight Forwarder Disclaimer & Final Sale Policy
All Sales Are Final Once Delivered to Forwarding Address
Important Notice
When you elect to use a freight forwarding service for delivery of your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Final Sale Terms
- Irrevocable Delivery: Once your order has been delivered to your designated freight forwarding address, the sale is final and non-refundable. This applies regardless of the condition in which the package arrives at the forwarding facility.

Forwarding Service Responsibility: We are not responsible for:
- Delays in delivery by the freight forwarder
- Damage incurred during transit to the forwarding address
- Loss of packages once delivered to the forwarding facility
- Theft, mishandling, or deterioration at the forwarding location
- Customs issues, duties, or import/export complications

Your Forwarding Service Agreement: You are solely responsible for:
- Selecting a reputable freight forwarding company
- Understanding their terms, conditions, and liability limits
- Ensuring proper insurance coverage through your forwarder
- Any disputes with your freight forwarding service
Condition of Goods
We make our best effort to package items securely for international or remote delivery. However, once your package leaves our facility and is delivered to your forwarding address:
- We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for condition issues
- Insurance claims must be filed with the freight forwarder, not with us
- Photographic evidence of damage should be documented and reported to your forwarding service immediately
Returns & Refunds Policy Exception
Standard returns do not apply to orders shipped via freight forwarders. Our 30-day return window is void once delivery to a forwarding address has been confirmed.
If you have concerns about the condition of your item or wish to verify its authenticity before forwarding, we recommend requesting inspection photos or video upon delivery at our warehouse before directing shipment to your forwarder.
Communication & Tracking
- Tracking information will be provided for delivery to your forwarding address
- Once marked "delivered," we consider our obligation fulfilled
- Any delivery issues must be resolved directly with your freight forwarding company
Acknowledgment
By proceeding with checkout and selecting freight forwarding as your delivery method, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms. You understand that all sales are final and that we cannot issue refunds or accept returns once your order has been delivered to your chosen forwarding address.
